本地构建用于装机自验，不需要签名产物；此前会因 TAURI_SIGNING_PRIVATE_KEY 缺失 exit 1（bundle 已产出但脚本层报错）。 签名私钥保持只存于 Gitea secrets（CI 单一发版通道，已验证 OSS latest.json v0.1.19 签名完整），本地不配 key——最小暴露面。
