## 概述
|
||
炼境的记忆巩固层。类比人类睡眠时大脑对记忆的主动处理——保留重要的（固化进 CONVENTIONS），清理无用的（归档休眠文档）。
|
||
|
||
梦核不是算法，是一条精心设计的提示词。炼境负责收集和格式化数据（飞轮数据层），Claude 负责做判断：哪些跨项目重复出现的阻塞模式值得写进 CONVENTIONS，哪些长期休眠的文档可以归档。用户确认后，治理模块执行分发。
